As a Realtor, there are few things more important than a buyer’s first impression of a listing that you’re trying to sell. With technology changing the real estate industry, a buyer’s first impression of a home is actually online. Buyers are always searching for homes online, and if the photos don’t represent the beauty and size a certain listing, it gets overlooked. This is why it baffles me that some real estate agents still do not use professional photography for their listings. Whether you’re an agent or home seller, it’s imperative that your listing appears in its finest light, and that’s where I come in. Each home is different in so many ways: lighting, position against the sun, size of rooms, architectural details, and the list goes on. Being able to manipulate the ever changing environments from home to home is the key to producing high-quality, story-telling images for each different home.
